01 Introduction

Welcome to btepkr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and btepkr ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the btepkr website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and all related features and promotions (collectively, "the Platform").

btepkr is Pakistan's premier online casino and sports betting platform, offering a PKR-native gaming experience to players across Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, and throughout Pakistan. These Terms are written in English and apply to all Pakistani players and any other persons who access the Platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the btepkr website, all associated mobile applications, game interfaces, betting markets, and related digital services.
• "Player Account" means the registered account held by an individual on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means PKR funds deposited by a Player and held in their Player Account wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or matched funds awarded under a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by btepkr before processing withdrawals.
• "PSL" means the Pakistan Super League, a professional Twenty20 cricket competition.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the exclusive currency used on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is restricted or forbidden by applicable law.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction requested by a Player to prevent access to their account for a defined or indefinite period.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on btepkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. btepkr enforces a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Territory in which online gaming is expressly forbidden.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from btepkr or had a btepkr account closed for Terms violations.
• You do not already hold an existing active or suspended btepkr account. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• You are using your own payment methods — deposits and withdrawals must be made from and to accounts registered in your name.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, address in Pakistan, email address, and mobile number. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your btepkr login credentials, including your username, password, two-factor authentication codes, and withdrawal PIN. btepkr strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) immediately upon registration.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact btepkr support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] so that appropriate protective measures can be taken.

• btepkr will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
• Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials remain active is your responsibility.
• btepkr is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to adequately protect their credentials.
• Sharing accounts with third parties — including friends, family members, or betting syndicates — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

05 Deposits & Payments

btepkr accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Raast (Pakistan's instant payment system). Additional payment methods may be introduced at btepkr's discretion and will be communicated to players via platform notifications.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit cap under standard account conditions, although higher-value deposits may require additional KYC verification. All deposits are credited to your PKR wallet in real time or within the processing timeframe applicable to the selected payment method.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• btepkr does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Failed or reversed deposit transactions must be reported to support within 24 hours with supporting transaction reference numbers.
• btepkr reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent payment activity.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your btepkr account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to a payment account registered in your name. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC verification process, which requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport) and proof of your payment method ownership.

Standard withdrawal processing timeframes are as follows:

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: Typically within 2–4 hours of approval.
• HBL, UBL & Meezan Bank: Typically within 1–2 business days.
• Raast: Typically within 1–3 hours of approval.

These timeframes are indicative and may vary due to banking system delays, public holidays, or additional verification requirements. btepkr does not guarantee completion within stated timeframes but will make every reasonable effort to process withdrawals promptly.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

btepkr offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback rewards, and PSL season specials. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

The following general conditions apply to all btepkr bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to verified accounts only — unverified accounts cannot withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus balances expire upon the validity period ending.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Sports betting contributions to wagering requirements may differ from casino game contributions.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• btepkr reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited, the wagering requirements in effect at the time of crediting will apply.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on btepkr is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sports betting (including cricket and PSL markets), live casino, slots, Color Game, and Mines Gold each operate under their own game rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface or betting market.

The following general rules apply across all btepkr products:

• Bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. btepkr does not accept requests to void, cancel, or reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game-round, btepkr's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of affected rounds. btepkr's decision in such matters is final.
• btepkr uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) for all casino games. Game outcomes are not influenced by bet size, player history, or any other external factor.
• Cricket and sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board, ICC). Markets are settled on the official result at the close of play, regardless of subsequent appeals or reversals unless stated otherwise.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within the game interface and may be adjusted at btepkr's discretion.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on btepkr and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Players found engaging in any prohibited activity will have their accounts immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to deposit funds.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected platform error must be reported and are subject to reversal.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or any administrative area of the Platform without authorisation.
• Abusing promotional offers through coordinated, systematic, or otherwise dishonest means.
• Any act that btepkr reasonably believes constitutes match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corruption related to cricket or other sports offered on the Platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

btepkr is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. We believe that online gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial lifeline or a means of resolving personal problems. If gaming is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial, emotional, or social harm, we encourage players to seek help immediately.

btepkr provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard cut-offs on your gaming session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from btepkr. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the btepkr Platform — including but not limited to the btepkr brand name and logo, game graphics, user interface design, promotional artwork, written content, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of btepkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any btepkr content without prior written permission.
• Use the btepkr name, logo, or brand assets in any external publication, website, social media account, or marketing material.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any btepkr software or application.
• Create derivative works based on btepkr's platform design, game mechanics, or content.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btepkr's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

btepkr shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or unplanned technical outages.
• Internet connectivity failures, mobile network interruptions, or device compatibility issues on the Player's end.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, banks, or mobile wallet providers including JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, governmental actions, or civil unrest.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit btepkr's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by btepkr's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

btepkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on btepkr, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, btepkr collects personal information for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained for the period required by our licensing obligations and applicable law.

Pakistani players have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. Data requests can be submitted via email to [email protected].

14 Account Suspension & Closure

btepkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal conduct.
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within the timeframe requested.
• A chargeback or reversal initiated against a btepkr deposit transaction.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring account restriction.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormancy fees may apply as described in the account dormancy policy communicated to players by email.

Upon account closure for Terms violations, btepkr may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where closure results from a Player's voluntary request or inactivity (and no violations are present), legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method subject to KYC completion.

15 Amendments to These Terms

btepkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, btepkr will notify players via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practical, by email to the registered address on file.

The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which btepkr holds its international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute between a Player and btepkr, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through btepkr's internal complaints procedure.

To raise a formal complaint, Players should submit full written details of their complaint — including their account username, the nature of the dispute, relevant dates, and any supporting documentation — to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". btepkr will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 calendar days.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the internal complaints procedure, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body under btepkr's licensing framework. btepkr will provide contact details for the applicable dispute resolution service upon request.
